How much Internet speed (Mbit/s) do I need?
It depends on how you use the internet. We offer multiple packages, including options for casual browsing, remote work, online gaming, and 4K streaming. To see which speeds and plans are available at your address, use our availability checker for a personalized recommendation.
Do I need to speak Hungarian to get connected?
No! You do not need to speak Hungarian to get connected. Our services are made to be accessible and user-friendly for international customers.
What equipment do I need to use the internet service?
We provide all the necessary equipment, including a router, to ensure you can enjoy fast and reliable internet service. The equipment is included in your subscription, free of charge.
Can I use my own internet router?
Yes, absolutely! The router we provide can be switched to full bridge mode, so you’re free to use your own equipment if you prefer.
How long does it take to get connected after signing up?
After placing your order, we’ll contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule the on site installation. Once completed, your internet connection will be ready to use right away.
Can I use your internet services in multiple locations within Hungary?
Yes, you can use our internet services in any location within Hungary, as long as it is covered by our network. Please check coverage using the availability checker.
What happens if I move to a different address in Hungary?
Just let us know in advance. If your new address is within our coverage area, we’ll transfer your connection without hassle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Installation and setup are free with all of our standard plans.
Is a Hungarian phone number required?
No, we communicate via email and international phone numbers as well. You don’t need a Hungarian SIM card.
Do you offer support in English?
Yes! All communication, documentation, and technical support are available in English, Dutch, German or French.
Can I change my internet plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are possible after the initial 12-month term.
Is your service suitable for working from home?
Absolutely. Our Fiber 1000 and 2000 plans are ideal for remote work, Zoom/Teams meetings, and large uploads. Please use our availability checker to see our current offers.
Is it possible to order without a Hungarian ID?
Yes. A valid passport or EU ID is enough to complete your registration.
What happens if I don’t pay on time?
Your connection may be suspended after multiple reminders. A reactivation fee applies. Please read our Terms of Service for more details on this matter.
Can I use my connection for VPN or remote access?
Yes. VPN usage is allowed and fully supported on all plans.
Do you offer business internet?
Yes. We provide custom plans for small businesses and home offices. Contact us to discuss options.
Is a WiFi router included?
Yes. All plans include a high-quality WiFi 6 router on loan, preconfigured for your home.
Do I need a Hungarian bank account?
No. We accept international cards and SEPA direct debit via Stripe.
Can I get a static IP address?
Yes. Static IP is available as an add-on for business or advanced users. Contact us for pricing and to enable it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
After the first 12 months, you can cancel at any time with one month’s notice by contacting support. Please read our Terms of Service for more details on this matter.
Do you block any websites or services?
No. We offer unrestricted access to the internet with no filtering or censorship.
Is your internet service truly unlimited?
Yes. There are no data caps or speed throttling. You can use as much as you need.
Can I pause my internet while I’m abroad?
Currently, we do not offer the option to pause your subscription. The service continues during your absence.
What is the typical installation process like?
After confirming your order, our technician will visit your home to install the line and connect your router. The entire process usually takes half an hour.
