How quickly do you reply?
We usually reply the same working day. When you contact Internet in Hungary through the form, by email or by phone during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET), a member of our team gets back to you personally.
In which languages can I contact you?
You can reach us in English, Dutch, German and French. No Hungarian needed, whether you have a question before you order, during installation or later as a customer.

Contact Internet in Hungary by email or phone and mention your address or customer details, so we can help you right away. You can also log in to your account to see your plan and invoices.
How do I report an outage?
Let us know by email or phone. We keep you informed about outages and planned maintenance, and tell you when your connection is expected to be back to normal.
Can you help me before I move to Hungary?
