Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) govern the provision of wired internet access services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) by EvolvingDesk Kft, operating under the brand “Internet in Hungary”, to end users (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). By completing the registration process and activating the Service, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the contents of this Agreement.
Eligibility
The Service is available exclusively to natural persons aged 18 years or older with a residential address in Hungary. Registration requires the submission of accurate and complete personal data. EvolvingDesk Kft reserves the right to reject any application without stating reasons.
The minimum initial contract duration is twelve (12) months from the activation date. Upon expiration of the initial term, the Agreement shall be automatically extended for an indefinite period, subject to a one (1) month notice period for termination by the Customer. Termination by the Customer must be submitted in writing, either via email or registered post, and shall take effect at the end of the applicable notice period. Early termination by the Customer is not permitted unless explicitly allowed under applicable law. EvolvingDesk Kft reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical, commercial, or operational grounds. Where feasible, advance written notice of at least fourteen (14) calendar days will be provided to the Customer. No compensation shall be due to the Customer upon such termination.
Service Provision and Installation
The Service is delivered via a wired connection to the Customer’s registered address. Installation is carried out by an appointed external technician.
A router is provided on a loan basis. The router remains the property of EvolvingDesk Kft and must be returned within fourteen (14) days of contract termination. In the event of non-return or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the Customer may be charged a replacement fee of up to EUR 150.
Payment Terms
All Service fees are stated in euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are automatically collected through Stripe using the payment method selected by the Customer during registration (e.g., SEPA direct debit or credit card). The Customer consents to recurring monthly charges without further notice.
Late Payments and Service Suspension
In the event of a failed or delayed payment, the Customer will receive a first payment reminder via email three (3) calendar days after the failed collection. If payment is not received within ten (10) calendar days after the original due date, a second reminder shall be sent including notice of possible suspension. If payment remains outstanding fifteen (15) calendar days after the original due date, the Service will be temporarily suspended. A reactivation fee equal to one (1) full monthly subscription charge shall apply in addition to the outstanding balance. Service will only be restored upon full settlement of all outstanding amounts. Persistent non-payment, defined as more than two suspensions or non-payment for sixty (60) consecutive days, may result in permanent contract termination and collection proceedings.
Fair Use and Acceptable Conduct
The Service is intended solely for lawful, personal, and reasonable residential use.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
a) Use of the Service for unlawful purposes, including distribution of copyrighted materials without authorization
b) Resale of internet connectivity to third parties
c) Network abuse including spam, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and excessive bandwidth consumption
EvolvingDesk Kft reserves the right to limit bandwidth, restrict access, or suspend accounts in response to violations of the Fair Use Policy.
Service Interruptions and Maintenance
While EvolvingDesk Kft endeavors to provide uninterrupted service, it does not guarantee continuous availability.
The Customer acknowledges that temporary disruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, third-party failures, or unforeseen technical faults.
No financial compensation shall be granted for service interruptions, regardless of their duration or cause.

Limitation of Liability
EvolvingDesk Kft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or third-party claims, arising from use of the Service. The total liability of EvolvingDesk Kft in any calendar year shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments
EvolvingDesk Kft reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to the Customer. The most recent version shall always be available on the official website, https://internetinhungary.com/tos. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hungary.
Acceptance of Terms
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that acceptance of these Terms of Service is a precondition for activation of the Service. Acceptance is confirmed via an explicit checkbox at checkout, which constitutes a legally binding agreement.
Submission of an order by the Customer via the online checkout process does not constitute a binding acceptance by EvolvingDesk Kft. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally cancel or refuse any order after submission without stating reasons. Additionally, EvolvingDesk Kft reserves the right to adjust service parameters, including but not limited to connection speed, line type, or registered address, following consultation with the Customer where feasible. Such changes may be made to ensure technical compatibility or service availability. Customers are not entitled to alter the ordered service configuration (e.g. line type, speed, address) after submission without the explicit written consent of EvolvingDesk Kft.
